  • Did some painting to the Slingshot

I had tried lite blue Plasti Dip and it didn't last long. Especially where I touched the paint. I peeled it all off and painted it with PPG Bright white pearl. Then laid down a Semi-Gloss top coat instead of gloss. I love it. It looks like a vinyl sticker. Which is what I was wanting. I don't really like gloss that well.

Pity about the blue. The coloring sounds like it would suit the Slingshot. The white however looks great.

Since the whole thing is plasic, do you need a plastic adhesion coat as a primer before painting?

I found some on ebay. They fit perfectly. They are 18watt LED flood lights

No, Just scuff the original paint with steel wool and clean it with cleaner and then paint
