Got my 1st Design - 10inch wide, rear fender out and took pictures, here they be,
you will see that the tubing we used cracked, should have used solid-rod
we are working on the 2nd design now - looking for a wider fender 12 inches and might use solid plate steel in stead of rod - "Time-Will-Tell"
A lot of vibration on that rear fender, problem is you can only mount on one side.

Think solid rod would be best your design looks great if it holds up

                    Worewren - - You are 100% correct
Today we are going to bring the fender to our great Pal, Chris McNeil of CJM Chassis, to replace the tubing with solid rod. Want to use this fender until we can find and mount a 12-12 1/2 inch wide fender.
It will also be a good test to see if this design works before we go to a new design of mounting.
                    Will post updates and results
